2- A.G.T Tours will do the best of the ability to adhere to the original select tour. Should objective circumstances arise to prevent the carrying-out of the program. Other itinerary of equal value will be replaced the fixed tour.

3- Compulsory Gala Dinner for Xmas, New Year Eve and Peak season, price will be advised during bookings.

4- During Dry Season from February till July, we will provide the clients to visit Les Artisans D'Angkor, Khmer Arts & Craft, instead of Floating & Fishing Village due to low water level.

If the requested accommodation is unavailable, alternative accommodations may be substituted. Alternative accommodations can in some cases be at substandard hotels that may lack similar amenities.

A.G.T Tours acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices providing the services, therefore, A.G.T Tours is not responsible for any loss, inquiry or damage sustained by tourists including those occurring outside the program. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists. And A.G.T Tours may be obliged to cancel/amend travel arrangements due to circumstances beyond its control. These may be for reasons of force majors (cancellation/alteration of domestic schedule services, closure of airport or flight delays, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, strikes, government action, natural disasters, terrorist activities or threat of such, etc). In Such case A.G.T Tours shall inform direct clients or partners without delay and shall offer clients/ partners the choice of alternative dates.

All request will be confirm immediately, in the event the immediate confirmation is not possible, booking status will be advised by facsimile or E-mail within 48 hours.
- Deposit 35% is required upon confirmation of any GIT booking and relevant charge will be invoice to you.

For cancellation of confirmation arrangement, a cancellation fee will be charged into two cases as in below:

- Less than 7days = 50% total tour fee in case we are failed in negotiating with those suppliers.

- No show = 100% total tour fee in case we are failed in negotiating with those suppliers.

- Less than 30days = 50% total tour fee. In case we are failed in negotiating with those suppliers.

- No show = 100% total tour fee in case we are failed in negotiating with those suppliers.

Full payment must be settled through our office or by bank before the arrival of the clients or any options given in our replied date by fax at the time of advance booking, if not, all reservations will be canceled automatically.

- Bank Draft of cashier’s check to be mailed to A.G.T TOURS office prior to the arrival of clients.

- Credit Card: VISA Card or Master Card is acceptable, additional 4% for bank charge.
